Podcast Editing:
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of our podcast content. You will oversee all aspects of post-production, which include but are not limited to, editing, audio mixing, and finalizing each episode for broadcast. An eye (or rather, an ear) for detail is essential in this role as we strive to provide our listeners with a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Audience Development:
As part of our outreach team, you’ll work closely with marketing and content teams to strategize and implement efforts to attract a new audience to our show. You’ll assist with social media marketing, promotional activities, and potential collaborations with other creators.
Guest Booking:
In this capacity, you will identify, contact, and schedule interviews with potential guests who can add value to our show. You’ll aim to secure a diverse range of voices that align with our content and resonate with our audience.
Cross-Promotion Opportunities:
Additionally, you will seek out other podcasts where I could potentially make guest appearances to extend our reach further. We expect you to secure approximately 4-5 new bookings per month, boosting our brand’s visibility and subscriber base.
