Pipedrive & Make.com Expert for CRM Automation & Workflow Setup
We are seeking a highly skilled Pipedrive and Make.com expert to assist us in setting up, optimizing, and automating our CRM and sales workflows. Our primary objective is to migrate existing workflows and automations from our SQL database into Pipedrive and Make.com, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales process.
Scope of Work:
- Sales Pipeline Optimization: Recreate and enhance our sales pipelines in Pipedrive to improve lead tracking, deal progression, and overall efficiency.
- CRM Automation: Implement native Pipedrive automations where applicable to streamline repetitive tasks, notifications, and customer interactions.
- Advanced Workflow Automations: Utilize Make.com to build sophisticated automations that connect Pipedrive with other business tools, eliminating manual processes.
- Project & Task Management: Configure Pipedrive’s project management features to ensure smooth task tracking throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
- Data Synchronization & Integration: Establish a seamless data flow between Pipedrive, our SQL database, and any other relevant tools to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven expertise in Pipedrive CRM, including pipeline management, automation, and customization.
- Extensive experience with Make.com (formerly Integromat) for workflow automation and integrations.
- Strong familiarity with SQL databases and experience in integrating SQL with CRM platforms.
- Background in sales process optimization and workflow automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to configure task and project tracking in Pipedrive for better internal collaboration and follow-ups.
