Photo Studio Manager / Virtual Assistant

Here’s what you’ll do:
– Manage company social media and keep our online presence vibrant
– Update the website and blog while optimizing for SEO
– Handle data entry, emails, and appointment scheduling
– Design marketing materials (booklets, cards, presentation art) that represent our brand beautifully
– Manage the founder’s yearly calendar to keep everything organized
– Conduct business development research and communication for new opportunities
– Streamline studio processes to ensure everything runs smoothly
– Prep and oversee photoshoots (including follow-ups, vendor coordination, prop orders, and reminders)
The successful candidate will advance their career by working directly with clients.
Must-Have Skills:
– Self-Starter: You’re great at prioritizing, organizing, and tracking tasks. If your manager just asked -and the job is already on your To-Do list, you’re one of us!
– Diligent Time Tracking: You complete tasks in a timely manner.
– Fluent in English: Strong communication skills are a must!
– Ambitious & Eager to Succeed: You’re driven and ready to take on challenges.
– Advanced Reel-Making and Social Media Strategies: Experience with FB, IG, GMB, and blogs is essential.
– Self-Organization: You excel at self-organizing job activities and tracking them in spreadsheets—everything looks neat, professional, and easy to use.

Hours:
Starting candidates work part-time from 9 am to 1 pm PST. If you master the responsibilities, you’ll have the chance to move to full-time with overtime opportunities!
