Position Title: Personal Concierge
Location: Remote/On-Site (as needed)
Reports to: Mr. Ty, President of The Empowerment Agency
Position Summary:
The Personal Concierge will provide comprehensive support to Mr. Ty, The Childcare Whisperer, by managing personal and professional tasks to ensure smooth operations in his daily activities. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Maintain and organize Mr. Ty’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prioritize engagements to ensure optimal time management.
Travel Coordination:
Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare travel documents and ensure all arrangements align with Mr. Ty’s preferences.
Event Planning:
Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and workshops, including logistics, catering, and guest coordination.
Manage RSVPs and communications with attendees, vendors, and partners.
Administrative Support:
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain filing systems, manage documents, and prepare reports as needed.
Personal Errands:
Conduct personal errands for Mr. Ty, including shopping, reservations, and appointments.
Manage household tasks and coordinate services as necessary.
Research and Special Projects:
Conduct research on various topics, including potential partnerships, event venues, and service providers.
Assist in special projects that align with Mr. Ty’s vision and initiatives.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
Serve as a point of contact for various inquiries related to Mr. Ty’s personal and professional life.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a personal concierge, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
