Payroll Assistants needed
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees.
Responsibilities:
Assist with processing payroll on a regular schedule
Maintain accurate records of employee hours, wages, and deductions
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
Support tax filings and benefits reporting
Help ensure compliance with all relevant labor and tax laws
Requirements:
Previous experience in payroll or accounting is preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with payroll software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
