⦿ Help manage resource allocation, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right tasks at the right time.
⦿ Support the documentation and improvement of internal processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
⦿ Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
⦿ Provide administrative support in project-related activities such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing client communications.
