We are a leading OF agency dedicated to providing support and management services to content creators. Our mission is to empower creators and help them grow their audience on the platform. We are looking for a motivated and experienced OF Chat Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be earning an hourly wage + commission.
Responsibilities:
-Engage with fans on behalf of our creators through OF chat for 8 hours a day, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
-Ensure timely responses to messages from fans and address their inquiries.
-Provide regular updates on chat activity and performance to the internal team.
Requirements:
-Very Fluent in English
-At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or community management role within the OF industry.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
-Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
-Knowledge of the OF platform, its features, and best practices for content creators.
-Availability to work 8 hours per day and adapt to a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
