Responsibilities:
Initiate and maintain chat conversations with clients, focusing on building rapport and trust.
Utilize persuasive techniques to promote and sell premium services.
Track and report on client interactions and sales performance.
Collaborate with team members to develop and refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
Strong command of English, with excellent grammar and writing skills.
Proven ability in sales and customer service.
High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using various online communication tools.
Compensation:
Hourly + Commission ranging from $4 to $12.
