Online Phone Line Virtual Assistant
I’m looking for a VA to work daily from 8am EST time Monday through Friday. This is a long term position.
Must be able to speak, conversational English, well enough to have conversations with tenants and contractors and be able to communicate between both parties.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
* Answering a customer service phone line (checking voicemails and returning calls)
* Scheduling repair appointments between tenants and contractors
* Generate weekly reports
* Make payments as directed
* Input rents into system
* Make informational calls
* Other basic VA tasks
* Create/Edit documents
To begin with, there will be small tasks assigned as needed (a few hours per week). For people who are a good fit this comes with the opportunity of regular part time, and ultimately full time workload.
