Onboarding Representative – Content Management Agency

Hourly Rate:
$5 USD/hour. Paid hourly based on time tracked.

Working Hours:
Semi-Flexible, between 10-40 hours per week depending on demand.

About Your Role:
As an Onboarding Representative, you will play a vital role in our agency’s operations, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new creators joining our platform. You will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical duties to facilitate the integration of creators into our community.

Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask effectively will be critical to your success in this role.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding Support: Guide and assist new creators throughout the onboarding process, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our platform’s policies, features, and opportunities.

2. Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of creators’ information and onboarding documentation using spreadsheets and other tools.

3. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for creators during the onboarding phase, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing professional assistance via email and other communication channels.

4. Task Management: Check in daily to review and prioritize tasks, ensuring that all necessary work is completed promptly and efficiently.

5. Flexible Working Hours: This role involves split shifts and is not a standard 9-to-5 position. You will need to be available during designated hours to accommodate the needs of creators in different time zones.
6. Spreadsheet Management: Proficiently manage spreadsheets to organize and track onboarding progress, creator details, and other relevant information.

7. Industry Familiarity: Comfortably navigate and work in the online entertainment industry, adhering to the confidentiality and professionalism required in this unique field.

Note 1: You will be required to use slack for this role, as this is where the company communicates internally, and with its clients

Note 2: You will be provided with a comprehensive video training teaching you how to perform your role, along with initial instruction from a manager whilst you learn and understand your duties.

Prior Work Experience Requirements:
– Excellent written proficiency in English, and the ability to understand spoken english,  to effectively communicate with creators and internal stakeholders.

– Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, prioritise assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

– Strong spreadsheet management skills, including data entry and organisation

– Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably involving customer support or onboarding processes.

OF is a platform where creators get to showcase their content and connect with their fans. They get to engage with the subscribers and potentially earn from it through subscriptions, tips, and PPVs.
The job entails handling models/creators and giving them a seamless onboarding experience when joining the agency. You get to handle their details fill out their information, act as a point of contact between them chatters and management, get to explain to them their role and what they are supposed to do. Informing and reminding the models on when they need to go live, submit new content, etc.
I am available for 40 hours per week and I am flexible and comfortable on any shift.
