OF Account Manager
full time position that involve managing multiple OF accounts as well as chatters that work on that page.
⁃ Quality assurance on chatting of the OF account (grading conversations based on Company’s SOP, English, and other guidelines)
⁃ One on one shadowing / training / meetings with OF account’s chatters ⁃ Scheduling wall posts and locked mass messages on OF accounts
⁃ Daily meetings with executives to discuss account analytics, chatter performance
⁃ Give weekly/monthly performance reviews for chatters working on OF accounts
This position is full-time (45 hours/week) that include 25 set hours throughout the week and 20 flex hours that can be worked at Account Manager’s will. Mandatory Live QA of chatter on shift
AM Shift 4am-4:30am.
Midday Shift 12pm-12:30pm.
Evening 8pm-8:30pm 10am-1pm
