Notion Expert & Consultant
Hello! I am looking for a Notion expert who can help me with my notes, tasks, and planning setup. I have been using Evernote for the past 10 years, but I recently switched to Apple Notes. However, I am still struggling to find a solution that works for me. That’s why I want to migrate all my notes to Notion and set up the correct Notion instance to be able to use it effectively with my multiple businesses. I have a lot of notes in Evernote and Apple Notes. Every time I try the Notion Evernote migration tool it fails or it doesn’t import my attachments.
I am looking for someone who can not only help me with the technical aspects of migrating my notes but also provide guidance on how to structure my Notion database. I want to be able to easily access and organize my notes, tasks, and projects across multiple businesses. I also want to integrate all my contacts from my phone book (10k +) into Notion with proper linking and I want to learn how to do this.
Additionally, I am looking for someone who can help me with a framework or structure to work and follow up with people I work with. This includes setting up a system to manage tasks and deadlines, as well as keeping track of meetings and other important events.

I was in your shoes before with having everything inside Evernote and then transitioning to Apple notes only to then have the notes app be all disorganized. It was a true nightmare. Im a full stack developer that has been Using Notion for the last 3 years to a high level to organise my work load and tasks and also to interact with team-members and colleagues.
