N8N Trainer – Automation Expert for Recruiters
We are a forward-thinking recruitment agency looking to leverage automation to streamline our recruitment processes. We are seeking an experienced N8N trainer to help our recruitment team build efficient workflows for candidate sourcing and management.
We are looking for a skilled N8N trainer to provide comprehensive training to our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with N8N workflow automation platform and a strong understanding of recruitment processes. This is a freelance position with the potential for ongoing collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on N8N workflow automation platform tailored specifically for recruitment professionals
• Train recruiters to create automated workflows for candidate sourcing from paid resume portals including Dice, Monster, and Indeed
• Teach the team how to build Office365 email automations for recruitment communications
• Design custom N8N workflows for common recruitment tasks such as candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-up communications
• Create detailed documentation and training materials for future reference
• Provide hands-on support during the initial implementation phase
• Troubleshoot automation issues and offer solutions
• Evaluate the team’s progress and provide additional training as needed
Requirements
• Proven experience as an N8N trainer or developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience
• Deep understanding of N8N workflow automation platform and its capabilities
• Experience with API integrations, particularly with recruitment platforms (Dice, Monster, Indeed, etc.)
• Knowledge of Office365 automation capabilities and integration with N8N
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication and teaching skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Patient and detail-oriented approach to training
• Ability to create clear, concise documentation and training materials
