Marketing Virtual Assistant for paid ads agency

The Executive Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the agency’s owner with administrative tasks, client communication, and project management. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts. The ideal candidate will assist in researching client creatives, developing creative strategies, preparing onboarding forms, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) among other responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct research on clients’ creative strategies and compile findings to support campaign planning.
– Assist in developing and refining the agency’s creative strategy for client campaigns.
– Create onboarding forms and processes to ensure a smooth client intake experience.
– Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various tasks within the agency.
– Manage email correspondence and ensure effective communication with clients and team members.
– Organize the owner’s schedule, including setting up meetings, reminders, and managing deadlines.
– Support the owner in day-to-day administrative tasks and project management to ensure operational efficiency.
– Facilitate internal communication to help streamline processes and improve team collaboration.

Knowledge of the agency space is preferred and knowledge of Google and Facebook ads is also wanted, with assisting in reporting if needed.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in an executive support role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
– Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
– Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
– Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of the owner.
– Experience in creating and managing SOPs is highly desirable.

This will be starting at some short hours per week leading up to more for the right candidate.
