Marketing Manager / Virtual Assistant / Project Coordinator

We are a dynamic company in the process of rebranding (by launching an entirely new business name with elevated messaging compared to what we use today) and revitalizing our online presence. With a focus on leaving behind any previous reputational challenges, we are dedicated to launching a new brand and website that reflects our values, vision, and commitment to excellence. As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager / Virtual Assistant / Project Coordinator.

Role Overview:
In this multifaceted role, you will serve as the right hand to our Marketing Director, playing a crucial role in bringing our marketing initiatives to fruition. You will collaborate closely with various freelancers and teams to execute projects, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and maintain a cohesive brand identity.

Responsibilities:
–  Work closely with the Marketing Director to understand strategic objectives and project requirements.
–  Coordinate with freelancers and internal teams to execute marketing projects, including but not limited to website development, content creation, and brand messaging.
–  Serve as a secondary proofreader and spot-checker to ensure all content and materials maintain consistency, clarity, and quality.
–  Provide input and insights to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including content strategy, messaging, UX/UI, and product explanations.
–  Maintain a keen understanding of industry best practices and trends to drive continuous improvement in our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
–  Proven experience in marketing management, virtual assistance, project coordination, or a related role.
–  Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and messaging strategies.
–  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
–  Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design, content, and brand consistency.
–  Ability to grasp the strategic context behind marketing initiatives and contribute to their successful execution.

Availability:
This is a full-time position, with approximately 35+ hours per week required between now and May (since this is when we’re looking to launch the 1st phase of our new website–we’re looking to be the LegalZoom of labor law compliance. Our existing URL is: PersonnelConcepts.com). After May, the workload is expected to transition to around 30 hours per week for ongoing maintenance and improvement efforts.
