I’m looking for a highly-organized Virtual Assistant to support me and my business on a weekly basis.
I am a full-time freelancer, currently fully booked and I could really use some support with my client workload in order to scale.
Since the projects/tasks aren’t 100% defined, I’d love to start with something hourly then possibly move into a retainer down the line.
Current tasks would be a mix of:
-Social media content creation – static posts (topics, templates and creative ideas are always provided)
-Scheduling social media content into various platforms
-Light research or general admin tasks (here and there)
-Keeping Asana organized
I am especially looking for someone who:
-Can watch my instructional videos and pay attention to the details/instructions provided (attention to detail)
-Asks questions when they are confused
-Tells me when I’m not being clear enough or that they need more support from me
-Is reliable and on-time
-Emotional intelligence is a big bonus
-Into spirituality and practices boundaries (also a bonus)
-Communicates incredibly well when projects are started/finished rather than having me reach out or search in folders/tools to find things
*Requirements: Experience with Canva, Asana, Loomly, Zapier, Google Drive
*Nice-to-have’s: Experience using GoHighLevel and other tech platforms
Time zone doesn’t totally matter, although somewhere in Asia would be a major plus as this is where I am!
I believe the position would start out at 3-5 hours per week and grow within the first 60 days depending on performance.
