As a VA/Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

– Supporting the development team with website testing
– Create Clickup Tasks after brief calls with the co-founder
– Managing WordPress backend tasks, ensuring smooth operation
– Conducting online research in the green economy field
– Reaching out to influencers and blogs for collaborations
– Other day by day operations

This is a long-term job, and we are looking for someone who aligns with our core values. The ideal candidate:

– Has prior experience in VA/Operations roles
– Worked with WordPress backend
– Knows how to use Canva for posts (using our templates)
– Knows how to use Elementor (using our templates)
– Has a positive attitude and is a great team player
– Is passionate about our planet and actively engages in sustainable practices
– Used the word “unreal” in the opening line when applying for this job

We have a recruitment process in place, and you will be paid for every step you take. The recruitment process is as follows:

1️⃣ A 10 minutes intro call
2️⃣ Test our website and create a ClickUp task for developers, identifying issues or improvements needed (Step paid $15)
3️⃣ Proofread and fact check a 500 words article (Step paid $15)
4️⃣ Participate on a call and write a task based on the call instructions (Step paid $25)
5️⃣ Find 10 newsletters we can sponsor for cheap and write an intro email for each (Step paid $25)
6️⃣ Create a Canva carousel using our template and copy (Step paid $25)
