Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Live Chat Agent / Appointment Setter to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to engage with potential customers through online chat and other digital communication platforms. You will be responsible for assisting customers, answering inquiries, and setting up appointments for sales teams or service departments.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with website visitors via live chat to assist with inquiries and provide real-time support.
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism and accuracy.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
Maintain a high response rate and customer satisfaction score.
Follow up with potential clients via email, chat, or phone as needed.
Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Provide detailed and accurate information about services/products.
Assist in resolving basic customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the appointment-setting process.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Live Chat Agent, Customer Support Representative, or Appointment Setter (preferred).
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and chat platforms like Zendesk, LiveChat, Intercom, or Drift.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet daily/weekly appointment targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, if required.
