Position: Lead Manager – Cold Calling Specialist

**Responsibilities**

– Conduct outbound cold calls to identify and generate motivated seller leads.

– Set appointments with qualified leads for further discussions with our acquisitions team.

– Utilize dialer systems and CRM tools efficiently to streamline outreach efforts.

– Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed lead generation targets.

– Maintain accurate and organized records of lead interactions and appointments.

**Qualifications**

– Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or a similar role.

– Availability to work Monday – Friday for 6 to 8 hours per day.

– Proficiency in working with dialer systems and CRM tools.

– Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with potential sellers.

– Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
