As a Lead Acquisition Specialist, your primary objective is to identify and acquire potential clients seeking custom homes, project management, residential and commercial development, and major renovations in Toronto, Canada, and surrounding areas. Leveraging your expertise in targeted lead generation, you will be responsible for identifying individuals and businesses actively seeking construction projects. Your role will focus on acquiring high-quality leads, allowing our team to nurture and convert them into clients.

Responsibilities:

Targeted Lead Identification: Employ digital marketing strategies to identify individuals and businesses interested in custom homes, project management, residential and commercial development, and major renovations in Toronto, Canada, and surrounding areas.

Client Acquisition: Actively seek and acquire potential leads in the specified construction project areas within and outside the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to measure the success of lead acquisition strategies, making informed adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Networking: Build and maintain a virtual network within the construction and real estate industry.

Qualifications:
