International Booking Agent for DJ

We are looking for a talented and experienced International Booking Agent to join our team and represent a Techno and Tech House DJ in expanding their brand worldwide. As a Booking Agent, your main objective will be to secure and manage bookings for the DJ, ensuring their availability to perform at clubs, festivals, and events across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in shaping the artist’s career and increasing their international presence.

Responsibilities:
– Secure and negotiate bookings for the DJ at suitable venues, clubs, festivals, and events worldwide.
– Conduct thorough research to identify potential venues and events that align with the DJ’s genre and target audience.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, talent buyers, and industry professionals to generate new booking opportunities.
– Coordinate international tours, considering logistics, travel arrangements, visa requirements, and scheduling conflicts.
– Collaborate with the DJ’s management and marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies for upcoming shows and releases.
– Review and manage contracts, rider requirements, and other legal documents related to bookings.
– Provide guidance and support to the DJ in terms of brand development, career progression, and industry trends.
– Oversee the DJ’s financial aspects, including fee negotiations, budgeting, and invoicing for each booking.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Booking Agent in the music industry, preferably specializing in Techno and Tech House genres.
– Deep knowledge and understanding of the global electronic music scene, including key venues, festivals, and industry trends.
– Strong network of contacts within the music industry, particularly within the electronic music community.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Familiarity with contract and legal aspects related to the music industry.
– Passion for electronic music and a genuine interest in developing artists’ careers.
