Interior design for a master bedroom remodel

Hello there! I am looking for an experienced and creative interior designer to remodel my master bedroom. I aim for a modern and minimalist design with a touch of luxury, all while maintaining a budget-friendly approach. This is a one-time project, and I expect it to be completed within one week.

Responsibilities:
-Create an illustrated distribution plan for the bedroom.
-Develop a 3D model of the master bedroom.
-Provide references for materials and finishes.
-Design and propose furniture adapted to the needs of the space.
-Offer details and technical specifications of proposed furniture.
-Present overviews of the project with realistic estimates (Renders).

Requirements:
-Fluent in Spanish (Preferred but not mandatory).
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in rendering and interior design.
-Proven portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects.
-Strong communication skills.
-Ability to meet deadlines.
