Interior Design Bookkeeper, Estimator & Invoicing

We are seeking a proficient bookkeeper, estimator and Invoicing with a strong background in inventory management for our business. The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel skills and be versed in QuickBooks checkings to help us maintain accurate financial records and manage our inventory effectively.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Manage financial transactions, including estimation and invoicing.
2. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product costs.
3. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
4. Generate regular financial and inventory reports.
5. Implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels.
6. Streamline inventory processes for efficiency and cost savings.

*Requirements:*

1. Proven experience as an administrative/ customer service and bookkeeper, with a focus on inventory management.
2. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and inventory tracking.
3. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks for accounting and financial management.
4. Familiarity with tax regulations and experience in tax preparation.
5. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7.  degree in interior design or administrative ( is a plus).
