Influencer Marketing Specialist for Premium Coffee Brand

We’re searching for a talented Influencer Marketing Specialist to help us reach new audiences across various platforms—beyond just Instagram, we want to explore any platform where we can connect with coffee lovers in a cost-effective way.

What You’ll Do:

Identify and Reach Out to Influencers: You will be responsible for finding and building partnerships with micro-influencers and content creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, etc.) who resonate with our brand and target audience.
Manage Collaborations: You’ll handle outreach, negotiation, and managing influencer relationships. You’ll ensure they create engaging content that drives high-quality traffic to our website.
Creative Strategy: Help us brainstorm and execute unique campaigns that highlight the richness and uniqueness of our coffee brand.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of influencer campaigns, ensuring that we get maximum exposure and engagement for every dollar spent.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience with influencer marketing across multiple platforms—not just Instagram.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills. You’ll be the one talking to influencers, so professionalism and a great personality are key!
A creative mind with a knack for identifying influencers who fit our brand and can help drive a large volume of traffic to our store.
The ability to manage multiple campaigns and track success metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Bonus Points:

Previous experience in influencer marketing for e-commerce or coffee-related brands is a big plus!
