We are seeking a skilled and highly organized Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our fast-growing digital agency on a part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the CEO’s busy schedule.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, managing email and correspondence, and handling travel arrangements.
Organize and prioritize the CEO’s workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested.
Conduct research and gather information as needed.
Communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

Invoicing and billing

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
