Full time Appointment Setter

The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments using Instagram direct messages of our clients, ultimately increasing their revenue by setting up appointments that our clients will have to sell their high-ticket consultations and programs.

This role is critical to the overall success of our clients sales strategy and requires someone who is motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

If you are interested in a full-time position, but you don’t have the skill yet don’t worry, we will provide you with a training a shadowing calls to make sure you can do the job.

Key Responsibilities:

Use Instagram DMs to set appointments with potential clients for our social media agency clients.

Identify and qualify potential clients, ensuring they meet the target customer profile.

Maintained accurate records of all appointments and communications in our CRM system.

Participate in regular sales meetings and provide feedback on appointment-setting activities.

Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

You should be in South-America or able to work with US timezones.

Proficient in using Instagram direct messages and other social media platforms.

Experience using CRM software to manage customer information and appointments.

Performance Metrics:

Number of appointments set per week/month.
Appointment conversion rate.
Customer satisfaction with appointment setting process.
Accuracy of record-keeping in CRM system.
