Freelance Marketing Specialist

We seek a skilled Marketing Specialist to aid in delivering a successful online summit we are launching in 7 weeks. This person will be responsible for managing multiple marketing channels, creating compelling content, tracking engagement metrics, and optimizing our marketing funnel to drive ticket sales and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

Event Website Creation: Design an eye-catching and informative landing page for the Summit using Eventbrite or similar platforms. The page should detail the schedule, speakers, workshops, ticketing information, and FAQs, with an emphasis on guiding potential customers toward purchasing tickets.
Email Marketing: Execute regular email marketing campaigns to our listserv, promoting the Summit and engaging our audience. Develop strategies such as early bird discounts or exclusive content offerings to enhance the marketing funnel and encourage registration.
Social Media Analytics: Utilize analytical tools to monitor engagement across our social media platforms. Use this data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, provide insights, and refine future strategies.
Organic Social Media: Develop and share engaging content related to the Summit across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Use relevant and branded hashtags to increase the visibility of our posts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly with event promotion.
Excellent understanding of email marketing strategies and platforms, such as Mailchimp.
Experience with event page creation on platforms like Eventbrite.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytical tools.
Creativity and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience or interest in the fields of spirituality, wellness, and ancestral wisdom is a plus.
