Faceless YouTube Video Researcher & Producer
I’m seeking a versatile freelancer to research, script, and produce faceless educational YouTube videos for a channel that covers a variety of topics. Each main video will also be repurposed into short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
You will receive:
– A script template(outlining video structure and style).
– Design guidelines from our in-house designer (fonts, colours, branding).
– Ongoing project management support to clarify topic choices and delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
1. Research & Outline
– Investigate assigned topics thoroughly.
– Organise key points into a concise structure, aligning with our “Explained in X minutes” style.
2. Scriptwriting
– Write clear, engaging scripts based on the given template.
– Tailor content to a faceless YouTube format (no on-camera presenter).
3. Video Production
– Source relevant images, stock video, or custom graphics (adhering to brand guidelines).
– Edit final video, synchronising visuals with narration (voiceover or text-to-speech—please specify your method in your proposal).
– Incorporate simple motion graphics, on-screen text highlights, and transitions per the designer’s guidelines.
4. YouTube Channel Management
– Optimise and publish each video (title, description, tags).
– Create and upload eye-catching thumbnails (designer guidelines will be provided).
– Ensure consistent branding throughout.
5. Project Coordination
– Communicate regularly with the project manager (me) for topic selection, feedback, and revisions.
– Deliver all assets on time, meeting agreed-upon deadlines.
Requirements
– Proven experience in research, scriptwriting, and video editing (portfolio or examples required).
– Familiarity with faceless YouTube formats and best practices.
– Ability to create or source engaging visuals (stock footage, images, basic animations).
– Comfortable with YouTube’s SEO essentials (titles, descriptions, tags).
– Skilled in producing short-form vertical videos with captions.
– Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.
– Fluent in English writing.
Additional Notes
– Expect to produce roughly **1 major video per month**, possibly more depending on channel growth.
– Our designer will supply branding templates and guidelines.
