Experienced Paid Ads Manager for Google, Instagram, Facebook & TikTok

We are seeking an adept and detail-oriented Paid Ads Manager to oversee our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for managing, optimising, and reporting on current ad campaigns, as well as launching and refining new ones. This role will report directly to our Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise existing paid ad campaigns on Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and TikTok.
Create and submit new ad campaigns tailored to our business goals and optimise them for performance.
Regularly update creative elements across all ad campaigns.
Monitor ad campaigns on a daily basis and immediately report any issues to the appropriate chain of command.
Produce comprehensive weekly reports for management detailing campaign performance.

Communication:

The successful candidate will communicate with the team via WhatsApp.

Requirements:

Must strictly adhere to instructions.
Must have prior experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms.
Must have the ability to diligently monitor ads on a daily basis and escalate issues when necessary.

Manual time logging is strictly prohibited; applicants must be willing to track their time using Upwork’s Time Tracker.
