Job Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the company’s executives, including managing emails, calendar management, organizing meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks as required.

Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating construction renovation projects, tracking progress, maintaining project documentation, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.

Communication Management: Manage communication on behalf of the executives, ensuring timely and professional responses to clients, partners, and team members.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files related to projects, clients, and other business activities.

Research and Reporting: Research real estate market trends, industry best practices, and potential business opportunities. Prepare reports and presentations for the executives as needed.

Financial Support: Assist in basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.

Requirements:

Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will handle critical information.

Real Estate & Construction Interest: A genuine interest in the real estate industry and construction projects will greatly contribute to your success in this position.

Experience: Prior experience as an executive assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.

DISC Assessment: As part of the application process, candidates must attach their completed DISC assessment results. This assessment will help us understand your behavioral tendencies and ensure you fit the position well.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial, as you will interact with various stakeholders.
