We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
1. Answer, screen, and return phone calls in a professional manner
2. Coordinate calendar management tasks such as scheduling meetings, rescheduling, and confirming meetings
3. Take care of email management duties and update contact lists when necessary – including writing, proofreading, and sending emails
4. Post regularly on social media accounts and perform simple website updates, such as FAQs on WordPress sites, blogs, or other platforms
5. Book and confirm accommodations, logistics, and travel arrangements as needed
6. Perform additional administrative tasks such as online research, light bookkeeping, and data entry as requested
1. Must be productive in a home office/virtual office environment with a reliable internet connection and proficiency with remote or cloud-based tools such as instant messaging, Skype, Zoom, and Google Suite
2. Exemplary time management, customer service, organization, and communication skills, both written and verbal, are imperative
3. Able to produce high-quality work consistently, with little to no supervision on a variety of projects
4. Advanced computer proficiency, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desired
