Executive Assistant / Operations Manager

Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to streamline our operations and support growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with the founder to manage various operational and administrative tasks, enhance our efficiency, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with financing platforms to facilitate loans for clients.
• Set up and manage tracking for ad spend and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Automate and manage data integration between marketing platforms and CRM/sales tracking.
• Oversee budgeting and accounting to track and manage finances effectively.
• Handle administrative tasks including calendar management, email handling, and managing house bill payments.
• E-verify the business to offer sponsorship for international students, enhancing our program’s accessibility.
• Procure business debit cards for employees to streamline expense management.
• Develop and maintain a content posting schedule to ensure regular content delivery post-editing.
• Implement and manage GoHighLevel for integrated marketing and customer relationship management.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in operations management or executive assistance
• Strong proficiency in using Google Sheets, CRM software, and financial management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with the founder and other team members.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Offer:
This is a full-time remote position, offering $500/month. This is negotiable based on experience. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the founder and contribute to meaningful projects that make a real difference.
