Executive Assistant/Admin Assistant for Group Owner

Busy mental health group practice needs virtual assistance for both the CEO, admin tasks and some back up for front desk. We need someone who is HIPAA trained, familiar with medical practices, and excellent customer service and communication skills. Ideally, this person will help the CEO establish some communication systems for all virtual staff, plus communication.

Organize calendar/to do list (I would forward e-mails and the person would put it together or create meetings)
Minutes for meetings to create task lists and follow up for all the people I supervise (sits in admin meeting and leadership meetings for minutes)
Manage and coordinate ongoing networking meetings/sources.
Document and create a “practice manual” with CEO using recordings, etc
Admin support:
Report generation
Caseload reports
NS/Cancellation Reports
Bill Pay/Expense reconciliation
Keep Track of all expenses/vendors
