Job Title: eCommerce Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote Phillipines or South America

Salary: $4 – $7 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and self-starting eCommerce Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of our eCommerce operations, focusing on customer support, product listing builds, inventory management, and marketplace management across platforms like Walmart, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Build and optimize product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms.
Manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and timely restocking.
Oversee marketplace management on Walmart, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
Conduct product research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Assist with other duties as assigned to support the team.
Skills and Qualifications:

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Docs and Sheets, and Google Drive management.
Strong skills in SEO and clear, concise communication.
Experience with Sellbrite, Shipstation, Shopify, Amazon Seller, Walmart, Etsy, and eBay.
Beneficial knowledge of SellerChamp (not required).
Strong self-starter characteristics with the ability to work independently.
Experience Level:

Expert experience with a proven track record of success in eCommerce.
Work Hours:

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
