Job Description:

As an E-Commerce Tire Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our online sales strategy for tire products across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tire sales and a proven track record of success in optimizing sales through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize tire product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other relevant online platforms to maximize visibility and sales.
Develop and execute effective e-commerce strategies to increase tire sales revenue and market share.
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies tailored for online sales.
Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels across all e-commerce platforms.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform policies, and algorithm changes to optimize tire listings and rankings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in tire sales, with a strong background in e-commerce sales on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.
Proficiency in e-commerce tools, analytics software, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online advertising is advantageous.
Knowledge of tire products, industry trends, and specifications is preferred.
