This role requires a multi-talented individual capable of handling various tasks ranging from administrative duties to creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:


Create and send invoices
Track expenses and payments
Maintain accurate financial records

Graphic Design:
Design graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials
Collaborate on creative projects

Video Editing:
Edit short-form video content for social media and promotional use
Ensure high-quality production and timely delivery

Write engaging and persuasive copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials

Social Media Management:
Schedule and post content on various social media platforms
Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
Monitor social media trends and analytics

Content Creation:
Develop and curate content for blogs, social media, and other marketing channels
Collaborate with team members to create a content calendar

Filing and Documentation:
Organize and maintain digital files
Ensure all documents are easily accessible and up to date

Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Gather information to support business strategies and decision-making

Web Development:
Assist in the development and maintenance of company websites
Ensure websites are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO

Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads for the business
Maintain and update lead databases
Develop digital products to generate qualified leads

Data Entry, Research, and Analysis:
Enter data accurately into spreadsheets and databases
Analyze data to provide insights and support business decisions

Email/Calendar/Project Management:
Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Assist in project management tasks to ensure timely completion

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in bookkeeping software (e.g., Waveapps)
Strong graphic design skills (experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
Video editing skills (experience with software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, Capcut or Inshot)
Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities
Experience with social media management tools (e.g.,Metricool)
Basic web development skills (knowledge of WordPress)
Strong organizational skills and Focus
Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality

Additional Details
We work on the AST time zone whichh is currently on par with EST and thus being available during the day in this time zone is ideal.
This is a part time role requiring about 15 -20 hours per week or 60 hours per month on average.
