We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding online business seeking a talented and results-oriented digital marketer to join our team. As a digital marketer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

**Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
– Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
– Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and drive quality traffic to our website.
– Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
– Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.
– Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies ahead of the curve.

**Requirements:**
– Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns, with measurable results in driving traffic, conversions, and revenue.
– In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media platforms, SEO techniques, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
– Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
– Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to devise innovative marketing strategies.
– Strong understanding of target audience segmentation and the ability to tailor marketing messages accordingly.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Experience in the health industry is a plus.

**Duration:**
This is an ongoing position with an initial contract duration of 6 months. Continuation beyond the initial period will be based on performance and mutual agreement.

**Hourly Rate:**
