Data Entry and Data Sourcing Specialist (Remote)
We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry and Data Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure the accuracy and quality of our online profiles and databases. This role plays a critical part in supporting our marketing initiatives by maintaining and updating Google My Business and Healthgrades profiles, sourcing dermatology referral leads, and contributing to our Salesforce database.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Maintenance
• Accurately update and maintain Google My Business and Healthgrades profiles for the company.
• Input dermatology referral leads and other essential data into Salesforce with precision.
• Assist with administrative data entry tasks as directed.
Data Sourcing
• Research and source dermatology referral leads within targeted areas.
• Verify the accuracy and relevance of sourced data before inputting into the system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand data requirements and fill gaps in our databases.
Quality Assurance
• Periodically review and clean up databases to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the data.
• Flag any inconsistencies or issues for review and resolution.
Communication
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team, ensuring timely updates on task progress.
• Contribute ideas for improving data management processes.
Educational Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in data entry, data sourcing, or a related role is preferred.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google My Business, Healthgrades, WordPress, and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
