Role Overview: As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing communications with clients who are adult women social media influencers. Your role will involve ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving sales through personalized interaction
Responsibilities:
Engage with clients via chat to understand their needs and preferences.
Persuade and upsell services through effective communication strategies.
Maintain high standards of customer service and respond to inquiries promptly.
Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance engagement strategies.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong sales and persuasion skills.
Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Compensation:
Hourly + Commission ranging from $4 to $12.
