Corporate Training Specialist

We want a General Trainer, also known as a Corporate Trainer or Training Specialist who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to employees or participants within our organization. They play a critical role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of individuals or teams in various functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Training Program Development:
Assess the training needs of the organization or specific departments.
Design and develop training programs, materials, and curriculum based on identified needs.
Create training modules, presentations, manuals, and multimedia content.

2) Training Delivery:
Conduct training sessions in a classroom or virtual setting.
Adapt training methods and content to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Provide engaging and interactive training experiences.
Use various instructional techniques to maximize learning outcomes.

3) Participant Assessment:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, quizzes, and feedback.
Monitor participants’ progress and adjust training strategies as needed.
Provide constructive feedback to participants to help them improve.

4) Training Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and results.
Prepare training reports and analyze data to measure the impact of training.

5) Training Improvement:
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new training technologies.
Continuously update and improve training materials and methods.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance.

6) Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate training schedules, objectives, and expectations to participants.
Collaborate with HR, department heads, and management to align training with organizational goals.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

7) Technology Utilization:
Utilize various training tools and technologies, including e-learning platforms and learning management systems.
Stay proficient in using video conferencing, presentation, and other training software.

8) Compliance and Legal:
Ensure that training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive training data.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Organizational Development, Business).
Proven experience as a trainer, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Ability to adapt to various learning styles and skill levels.
Proficiency in using training software and technology.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Certifications in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, Certified Trainer) may be beneficial.

We are paying $7 to $9/hour based on your expertise and knowledge to this role.
