Corporate Secretary & Finance Administration
As a Corporate Secretary & Finance Administration you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper administration and management of the company’s legal and regulatory compliance. This position will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks related to corporate documentation. Banking registration, and document management. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a passion for administrative work, and a proven ability to handle complex corporate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the company’s legal and regulatory compliance requirements
• Manage the company’s corporate documents and processes
• Update bank’s authorize signature and company banking registration
• Assist in the preparation of legal and regulatory filings and presentations
• Track and maintain all company registration files, including annual reports and other required filings
• Handle the preparation, distribution, and filing of all bank documentation and ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all corporate transactions and meetings
• Work with the finance team to ensure the proper maintenance of financial records and the timely completion of financial statements
• Prepare and distribute company communications and other internal and external documents
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A passion for administrative work and document management
• Experience in a similar role, with a focus on corporate and compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of corporate files and and banking documentation
