Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Technical Expertise
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer (COO) with exceptional technical capabilities, serving as a “Swiss army knife” of expertise across various domains. In this role, you will lead our technical operations, online marketing strategies, software integrations, and strategic initiatives, including hiring freelancers, managing website/LMS development, and creating custom tools for internal processes.
Responsibilities:
Technical Operations Mastery: Oversee the optimization and management of our online funnels, landing pages, sales pages, and checkout processes using tools like ClickFunnels, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Stripe, and HubSpot.
Software Integration Leadership: Lead the seamless integration and functionality of software tools across our platforms, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in CRM management, email segmentation, automation, and payment gateway setups.
Strategic Initiatives: Spearhead strategic projects such as hiring freelancers on Upwork at discounted rates, sourcing and managing developers for WordPress site and LMS projects, and developing custom tools (e.g., CRM solutions within Google Sheets) to enhance operational workflows.
Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor technical specialists, and drive innovation by implementing cutting-edge solutions that align with business objectives and foster growth.
Requirements:
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in online marketing funnels, CRM management (HubSpot), email service providers (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign), payment gateways (Stripe), and related tools. Proven experience with WordPress and LMS development is a strong asset.
Project Management Skills: Strong project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines. Experience in overseeing technical projects from inception to completion.
Strategic Vision: Ability to formulate and execute strategic plans, drive operational efficiency, and identify innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve internal processes.
