Chatbot with Video Avatar and Lip Sync Integration

We are looking for an experienced developer to create a chatbot integrated with a Lip Sync technology and a video avatar. The chatbot should be linked to an LLM (Language Learning Management) system and provide interactive language learning experiences. The video avatar should utilize a real person’s video footage as a sample, and have the ability to sync its lip movements with the chatbot’s responses.
