Business Executive Assistant to CEO
We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant and Project Manager to support our CEO in launching multiple companies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in G Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Calendar), and the ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision. This role requires a self-starter who can take direction, execute without excuses, and communicate fluently in English. The position is for up to 10 hours per week, with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced Organizational Skills:
• Manage and organize business schedules and documents.
• Maintain Google Calendar and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Keep business documents organized in Google Drive.
Project Management Aptitude:
• Lead calls, take notes, and create actionable follow-ups.
• Oversee the execution of multiple team members’ tasks, ensuring their priorities are aligned with business goals.
• Track progress and ensure timely task completion across various business projects.
G Suite Proficiency:
• Use Google Sheets to manage tasks, track progress, and organize data.
• Create presentations in Google Slides and maintain organized agendas in Google Docs.
• Handle administrative tasks via Google Voice and Gmail.
Appointment Scheduling & Management:
• Schedule business appointments and ensure effective time management.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and calls.
Accountability & Communication:
• Conduct daily check-ins to update on progress.
• Communicate promptly via Slack, including outside regular work hours when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
• Must be a self-starter, able to problem-solve with little supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Must demonstrate experience in managing Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Experience leading calls and managing virtual assistants as the team grows.
• Experience with ChatGPT is a plus.
Compensation and Availability:
• Hours: 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling between 7 AM and 12 PM EST, Tues to Thursday.
• Bonus: Opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
