Business Development Manager for Upwork Agency
We are looking for experienced Business Development Managers to help us grow our Upwork agency, Ch Usama Royal Technologies. We are a new agency with a Rising Talent badge, and we have a team of talented people who are passionate about helping businesses achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and execute lead generation and prospecting strategies to identify and qualify new clients
✔ Craft and submit compelling proposals that highlight our agency’s unique value proposition
✔ Negotiate and close contracts with new clients
✔ Manage and grow client relationships
✔ Oversee the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
Qualifications:
✔2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the Upwork space
✔Strong understanding of the Upwork platform and how to use it to find and win new projects
✔Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
✔Experience working with clients in the United States and the United Kingdom
✔Strong understanding of the IT and business solutions industry
