Bilingual Executive Assistant (English+Spanish)

I am seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized bilingual Virtual Assistant with an excellent command of both English and Spanish. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from administrative tasks to complex problem-solving. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be comfortable using various online tools, and possess the ability to work independently and handle unique, situation-specific requests.

Responsibilities:

Primary Communication: Maintain active correspondence through Telegram chats.
Internet Communication: Utilize VPN and internet calling for both inbound and outbound communications.
Appointment Management: Use Google Calendar and Calendly to schedule and manage appointments.
Reporting: Create and maintain tables and reports in Notion.
Market Research: Call establishments for price checks and service details; investigate online on various topics, such as healthcare providers, utility services, product availability, and more.
Task-Specific Research: Locate in-network doctors in the US, dispute bills, and other specialized tasks.
Business Administration: Perform various administrative tasks related to managing a business.
Personal Errands: Utilize platforms like TaskRabbit to organize personal tasks such as sourcing movers or furniture and arranging delivery.
Travel Planning: Research travel destinations, book accommodations, and create itineraries.
Service Provider Sourcing: Locate and provide recommendations for various services such as meal delivery, gyms, hair salons, networking events, and more.

Additional Tasks Examples:

Research and provide insights on social media influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Find and negotiate prices for apartments.
Source and compare airline ticket deals.
Locate medical professionals and service specialists in Argentina.
Make outbound calls for various tasks.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Spanish.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong ability to work independently, learn new tasks, and problem-solve.
Proficiency in Google Calendar, Calendly, Notion, and Telegram.
Familiarity with VPN and internet calling services.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

Optional (but Appreciated):
Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistance.
Proven skills in research and data collection.
