B2B Appointment Setter (phone and email)

Our patented, cloud-based technology can support  thousands of smart devices without using our customers’ internet or involving IT.

Hexmodal’s 50,000+ Smart Devices  are installed in over 1,150 facilities across 45 states.

Contract Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and efficient Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting our pre-qualified leads, primarily Healthcare Facilities Managers, to schedule meetings between them and our sales team. These leads are expecting our call, so this is not a cold calling position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contact leads via phone to schedule appointments with our sales team.
• Maintain a calendar of scheduled appointments.
• Follow up with leads via email as needed.
• Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments scheduled.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve the appointment setting process.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in email correspondence.
• Basic calendar management skills.
• Experience in appointment setting or similar role.
• Familiarity with CRM software, HubSpot experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
