Author Recruiter
We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals who have superior communication skills and enjoy creating effective business relationships with women all over the world. As an Author Recruiter you will develop new business and secure qualified sales leads to join anthologies and co-author spots in book anthology projects.
You will be responsible to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with potential co-authors and see them through from start to end of the recruiting process. We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals who have superior communication skills and enjoy creating effective business relationships with women all over the world. As an Author Recruiter you will develop new business and secure qualified sales leads to join anthologies and co-author spots in book anthology projects.
You will be responsible to establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with potential co-authors and see them through from start to end of the recruiting process. Commission starts at 5% of the sale price, per sale author recruited.
Duties and Responsibilities
Acquire and obtain qualified sales leads
Utilize a consultative sales approach and confidently conduct high-level conversations
Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find authors
Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures
Conduct proper interviewing methods, from start to finish
Hit weekly and monthly recruiter goals
Enjoys establishing and nurturing long-lasting relationships with potential clients
Act as a Brand Ambassador for the She Rises Studios
Suggest ways to improve the employer’s brand
Requirements and Qualifications
Self-starter
Prior experience in a similar role
Basic knowledge of google workstation, zoom, and social media platforms
