As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments such as a consultation call for our sales representatives . Your goal will be to effectively communicate the value of our services and generate quality leads to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

– Engage in consultative conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and evaluate their suitability for our services.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service while interacting with potential clients.
– Use persuasive communication techniques to explain the benefits of our services and generate interest in scheduling appointments.
– Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and accurately recording their information in the CRM system.
– Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for further follow-up.
– Follow up with leads via phone or email to nurture relationships and address any questions or concerns they may have.
– Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
– Continuously update and maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
– Stay informed about industry trends, our services, and competitive offerings to effectively address client inquiries.

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a similar role as an appointment setter or telemarketer is preferred.
– Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
– Strong customer service skills and the ability to address client concerns and objections professionally.
– Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using them to record and track lead information.
– Basic knowledge of digital marketing and the healthcare industry is a plus.
