Airbnb Manager Co-host & Virtual Letting Agent
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Money Hungry Airbnb Manager Co-host & Letting Agent, Deal Sourcer/Seller. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Airbnb listings and renting our properties to other companies on a long-term basis, while collecting a fee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for maximizing rental income.
Responsibilities:
– Manage Airbnb listings, ensuring accurate and attractive property descriptions, pricing, and availability.
– Respond promptly to inquiries, guest messages, and booking requests to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
– Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning services to ensure smooth guest experiences.
– Regularly monitor market trends and adjust pricing and availability to optimize rental income.
– Actively source and negotiate long-term rental deals with other companies, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing fee collection.
– Collaborate with property owners to ensure their expectations are met and provide regular updates on rental performance.
– Assist in coordinating property maintenance and repairs as needed.
– Maintain accurate records of bookings, fees collected, and expenses incurred.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in property management, particularly with Airbnb listings and long-term rentals.
– Strong negotiation and sales skills to secure profitable long-term rental deals.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with guests, property owners, and other stakeholders.
– Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
– Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
– Tech-savvy and proficient in using Airbnb and property management software.
– Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm and be available on standby outside working hours.
Salary and Benefits:
– Month 1: $500 base salary.
– Month 2 onwards: $800 base salary.
– Commission: There is a potential to earn $1000+ in commission, based on the fee collected from long-term rental deals.
